Yesterday was strange... I think this place was making me say things that weren't true.

Dr. Tenma left! This is wonderful. We had been trying to find an exit, and I suppose he found one. I haven't seen him since yesterday... And I would have worried, but everything in his room is gone. Now he can go back and be where he belongs, doing what he believes in.

Dieter, if I have any say in the matter, you're next! And then you can play soccer all you want without having to worry about demons and the like. I guess we might want to cancel to picnic, though. Dr. Tenma was going to do most of the cooking, and we should wait until it's a little warmer anyway.

Have you made any friends here, Dieter? You should go spend the night with them! I know you miss Tenma, but that ought to cheer you up. It's what kids do, right? Sleepovers?

It feels like I can't breathe. I am glad he's returned home... Johan shouldn't be his responsibility. But still, it was...it was so nice having someone here who knew everything. Even Dieter doesn't know it all, and there's no way I could tell him. Mature or not, he's still just a child.

And there's no way I could tell Tybalt anything more than he already knows. He doesn't need to know my entire life has been a freak-show. I just want a normal life. Is that too much to ask?

My chest hurts. Johan... Johan, where are you? Are you gone, too? Did you leave the City? Or are you just waiting for me to be isolated again? What do I do? What can I do?
