I can't even get any satisfaction out of knowing he was hurt, too. He didn't learn his lesson, so what does it matter? I'm just glad I didn't die... Thank you to those who helped me.

I don't really remember my first day here, though. People were calling me Anna when I came to. Did she...? I mean I... I suppose I owe some people an explanation. There's no reason to really hide it anymore...

I suppose compared to everything else in the City, it isn't even surprising to the people here.

More or less, she's probably going to die from a wound like that unless someone with super speed/teleportation pops up and has AWESOME healing magic. ...Which would be spiffy, but I'm not holding my breath. A girl can only take so much, you know? I love Dieter, but taking care of him is so stressful, I have to constantly keep looking over my shoulder for my brother, and work is as dull as can be. To top it all off, my romantic life is going nowhere. My boyfriend's been turned into a kid. I'm stressed out of my mind, and now I'm going to die a virgin?

I really don't plan on letting that happen. Surely someone out there knows how to treat a lady right.


[EDIT] Romeo, God I hope you aren't cursed. Tybalt's been turned into a child as well. You or someone else at the opera house needs to keep an eye on him for the day.

Yesterday was strange... I think this place was making me say things that weren't true.

Dr. Tenma left! This is wonderful. We had been trying to find an exit, and I suppose he found one. I haven't seen him since yesterday... And I would have worried, but everything in his room is gone. Now he can go back and be where he belongs, doing what he believes in.

Dieter, if I have any say in the matter, you're next! And then you can play soccer all you want without having to worry about demons and the like. I guess we might want to cancel to picnic, though. Dr. Tenma was going to do most of the cooking, and we should wait until it's a little warmer anyway.

Have you made any friends here, Dieter? You should go spend the night with them! I know you miss Tenma, but that ought to cheer you up. It's what kids do, right? Sleepovers?

Well, it was a bit of an unorthodox way for you to meet face-to-face, but I'm...glad the three of you met at last. I'm so relieved you aren't seriously injured, Romeo... I don't want you to get stuck in the hospital again!

But Dieter has been wanting to meet Romeo and Tybalt, and we've been talking about having a picnic but nothing's been done! I think we need to remedy that, don't you think, Tenma? I'm tired of staying cooped up in my room all the time when not at work.

The weather's starting to get so nice and it would really be a shame to not enjoy it.

I couldn't even escape these at work? It's ridiculous! I do not understand this. Is it supposed to suggest I have MPD? Or that I live different lives? Either way, they're both wrong! That time— I was under hypnosis. Recalling my memories doesn't count.

And no, I'm not traumatized from anything, thank you. Now go away, whoever's sending these out. I'm assuming the deities, who think they know everything, but they really don't.

Everyone's in such a good mood! And here I thought this place did nothing but bring people down. The transformation really is gorgeous. Is it supposed to mimic Venice? Even though I had to work, at least I had a nice view out my window! And some nice boys gave me a flower on my way to work... Thank you, whoever you were. Even if the flower was somewhat frightening.

Hm, should I make a special Valentine's Day dinner? Or maybe going out to eat would be better, since everything's so nice. I definitely want to try to take a ride on one of those gondolas at one point tonight...

Tenma! Dieter! I found a bigger apartment. It has four bedrooms instead of two, so you don't have to worry about me hogging the sheets anymore. With our combined income, it shouldn't be expensive at all. What do you think?

Doctor Tenma is here! I probably shouldn't be so glad about it, since I know he was better off where he was...but it's nice to see a familiar face.

He's a very dear friend, so I won't tolerate anyone harassing him or anything. Perhaps I can get him a job at the hospital... It's probably what he would want.

Once he's rested and settled in, I'll need to introduce him to all of you. He's really a great man!

[ OOC: Nina finally returned after sneaking off the other day to fight the Stewards on her own. Of course, she just had her gun and some aikido moves--she's no super hero, so she's got some moderate injuries on her, like cuts and burns. She's got blood all over her, both hers and her enemies, but she's not in any mortal danger. ...Just needs some stitches and rest.

Romeo, Tybalt, I hope you're not too tired from yesterday's training, but we'll need to do more today. This is a crash course, so we can't really take our time with fine-tuning the basics... Especially for you, Tybalt, since you're also learning how to use a gun.

It's unusual living in the basement here, but it's certainly not like a normal basement! More like a labyrinth, really... I just hope my parakeet doesn't make too much noise for everyone. I couldn't just leave him in my apartment. I really appreciate everyone being so nice to me, even if I haven't learned everyone's names yet.

Tybalt... Romeo... I've already apologized to you both, but I'd like to do more.

If those at the Opera Abandoned will have me, I'd like to come temporarily stay with you and offer my assistance in protecting all of you. From what I've heard, there have been some tragedies there, and I'd like to keep that from happening again when everyone is in such a panic over what's going on right now.

I'd even be willing to teach classes in self-defense for hand-to-hand combat and firearms.

That was a trying work day. Of course the hospital can't stop running no matter what, but it was so hard to pay attention with all of the conspiracy theories shooting around. This is like something out of a sci-fi movie.

I don't know what to think. I saw it from the roof during my lunch break, and it was just...a beam of light from the sky. I couldn't see any source. Perhaps the Deities chose to destroy their office? But that wouldn't make sense, unless they really are just doing it to give us something to gossip about. Would they destroy their own building just for a prank?

I'm just relieved that there was no collateral damage. Everyone seems very shaken, though. Johan, are you all right? Everyone else?

That was...fun. I'm glad everything went off as planned. There was almost a problem with Christmas dinner, but I managed to rescue it in time. I might need to get a new saucepan, though...
